We publish information about Planning applications usually within 48 hours of local authority publication. BUT bear in mind that that the local authorities themselves have different policies about when they publicise new Planning applications. Many local authorities publish as soon as applications are processed; but some only publicise their new applications on a weekly basis. For a small minority of local authorities it can be two to three weeks between an application being received and its publication online. We can only report on new and approved Planning applications when they are made public - but as soon as they are, we’re working to bring you all the details first!
